Quality and expertise lavished by a team of about thirty people operating in the productive headquarters at Concorezzo, strategic location in the outskirts of Milan (on an area of 6,000 square metres of which 4,000 covered and taken up by production facilities), generating a turnover of about 10 million Euros.

From the coil to the finished product, also welded
The diversified product range proposed by Imcar, which can be considered one of the most varied on the market under all respects, today includes: standard plate bending machines with 2/3/4 rolls with and without NC, able to process thicknesses that vary from a minimum of 0.5 up to a maximum of 100 mm, for lengths included between 500 and 6,000 mm; 3-roll plate bending machines with variable geometry; coil, pallet or multi-pallet automated systems; profile bending machines able to work both with horizontal and vertical axes, with single and double pre-bending; welding systems.
«This production – adds Boracchi – is then completed by machines and plants with customized design for different typologies of sheet metal and profiles, as well as by special plants for factories and yards intended for the production of tanks for the food and industrial sectors».
We refer in particular to special plants that constitute complete “turn-key” lines, in other words processes starting from the coil and achieving the finished product through various transformations.

According to this logic, they integrate for instance complete lines for the implementation of bottoms, roofs and barrels, constituted by presses and handlers coupled with flanging machines. Process lines that can also provide for the in-line welding phase, it too in-house developed and based on the company’s engineering (with the exception of generators, bought exploiting Fronius and Saf technology).

Three rolls with variable geometry
The initials 3RHT identify the new series of plate bending machines developed by Imcar to complete its product offer. Variable-geometry machines (available in 10 different models) with fully hydraulic operation, where the 3 rolls with independent movements can bend plates with thicknesses included between 25 and 120 mm, for lengths up to 4,000 mm. Reliability, capability and productive precision are the three main strong points of these plate bending machines, obtained thanks to technological solutions springing from consolidated know-how. Among the other technical specifications, it is worth highlighting the availability of two rotation speeds that can be selected from the control board, the management of the roll parallelism through PLC and a reduced working height made possible by the plate that always remains in horizontal position (thus granting better safety, too).
