With more than 50 years of experience in the Numerical Control market, Osai presents in Euroblech the complete technological solution for the sheet metal working, designed with all elements required for Laser and Plasma cutting, perfectly combined to each other to implement quick commissioning, ease of use and high quality cutting.Cutting parameters are managed using G-CODE/Macros customizable by the machine builder. Real-time PLC, integrated in the NC, can be completely customized with more than 450 available functions in the logic machine and via a system including external software algorithms, implemented with high-level languages. OPENCut is a HMI and CAM software with 2D and 3D graphics for the profiles definition (also using complete pre-define icon libraries and automatic nesting of different profiles) and for the program control execution. Among the main features, it is important to outline the automatic selection of cutting technology and the technological offsets management of 2D and Bevel/3D cutting parameter compensation.
