Photoelectric sensors from AutosenThe sensor specialist Autosen increases e-commerce and enlarge its online product range by high-quality photoelectric sensors for standard applications and wet areas. The new products are only sold on Autosen’s online shop www.autosen.com. “This allows us to save considerable costs and to offer our products at particularly favourable prices,” says Philipp Boehmert, responsible for marketing and sales at autosen. Purchasers save up to 50 % compared to comparable products of conventional suppliers.

Photoelectric sensors from Autosen are available in different housings: in compact stainless steel housings for use in wet areas and all demanding standard applications, in compact and robust plastic housings for conveying and packaging as well as M12 and M18 threaded units in cylindrical design among others for handling and wood industry. The photoelectric sensors made in Germany, for example the versions AO001 to AO004, feature automatic sensitivity adjustment which guarantees safe functioning even in case of steam, smoke and highly reflective environments.

The compact and robust sensor is completely sealed and allows residue-free cleaning at high pressure. The stainless steel housing has protection class IP68 / IP69K, the coated front pane consists of resistant, non-splintering plastic. The sensors are thus even resistant to the particularly high strain resulting from the requirements in production. Handling and installation are easy and intuitive. The photoelectric sensors can be set easily via a potentiometer. The sensing range is independent of the colour of the object, and the newly developed diffuse reflection sensors guarantee safe functioning even in highly reflective environments.
All sensors of the new product line are dispatched immediately. “For modernisation, replacement or spare part deliveries we offer our customers a compatibility check. autosen sensors are compatible with all common products of other manufacturers,” says Philipp Boehmert.
