Meusburger extended its product range in the area of workshop equipment with new products for surface finishing equipment.
Sturdy air file for precision work
The new heavy-duty premium air file is especially suitable for high demands. It enables precise and gentle work and extremely low vibration. Despite its slim design and low weight the new air file is very robust and thus offers maximum stability. The practical slide valve for switching the device on and off enables an especially ergonomic operation.
Steel needle files in various shapes
Also new in range are steel needle files with cuts from 0 to 2. With a hardness of 66 HRC these are characterised by a high wear resistance and a high filing performance on tool steel. Through the numerous different file shapes the use for different geometries is possible.
Save set-up time with the new rubber backing pad
With the new, flexible rubber backing pad with quick fastener the user can exchange the grinding wheels or abrasive fabric discs most quickly and efficiently thus saving costs in the set-up time. The grinding wheel is easily screwed in the plate with a rotary motion. Depending on their application the rubber backing pad is offered in 3 different thicknesses.
Surface finishing equipment for difficult to reach areas
The new Easy Lap set is the optimal solution for the polishing and grinding of small surfaces. The basis of the Easy Lap system is a rectangular polishing stone with a corresponding small base area and a push rod. This is connected to a file machine and creates the required working pressure for optimal material removal rates. Very good surface quality is achieved due to the flat support surface of the polishing stones on the workpiece. Besides the possibility of ordering the components of the Easy Lap system individually, Meusburger also offers a complete set with all sizes and grades as well as different versions of push rods.
