Saronni SpA has been operating for over 60 years in the sheet metal sector by offering innovative solutions to solve more and more complex customer and production requirements. The Research & Development team can count on 12 design engineers. They are responsible for the mechanical and hydraulic design and for management software for all company’s machines, which are manufactured and assembled in the modern production department. The continuous analysis of customer needs and the ability to adapt to market demands, have led Saronni to install over 3500 lines worldwide. Among these, it is certainly worthy of note the feeding line for press for the production of steel and aluminium blanks up to maximum length 5000mm. The line can process strips with maximum width 2.150mm and maximum thickness 4mm, both of aluminium and high strength steel. Coils, with max. weight 30 tons, can be prepared in masked time in a special separate station and automatically loaded on the decoiler spindle by means of a coil car. In order to grant the required blanks planarity, Saronni has provided a six hi leveler with automatic cassette change, one dedicated to steel and one dedicated to aluminium
