Prima is next to you – From 15 to 18 May at Lamiera

“Prima is next to you”, with this slogan Prima Power presents itself at the Lamiera fair in Milan from 15 to 18 May (Hall 13, stand D74-E61), the most important Italian event dedicated to sheet metal forming machine tool industry and to all innovative technologies related to the sector.

At Lamiera, Prima Power will show the many ways in which it is close to its customers. Thanks to the breadth and depth of the product range, Prima Power technologies and solutions meet the needs of all companies, whatever the sector in which they operate, the size, the geographical location, the investment possibilities, the application and production needs. The technologies exhibited in Milan in the Prima Power stand give concrete answers to the current trends in the manufacturing sector and to the new challenges that the market imposes, such as the great production flexibility to manage batches of all sizes and to work every type of piece, regardless of size, shape, material, thickness and treatment. At Lamiera Prima Power will exhibit the high performance Laser Genius fiber laser machine with 10 kW laser, Compact Server and additional loading / unloading station. This configuration, presented for the first time in Italy, enhances the versatility of the machine, increasing the range of processable thicknesses and the flexibility in the handling of raw and processed sheets. For the first time at an Italian fair, the Prima Power Combi Genius combined punching / laser cutting machine will be presented with a new eye safety protection mounted around the cutting head, which avoids the use of protective walls around the machine. The advantages of this solution are greater accessibility and visibility of the system and simplified installation. There will also be the BCe Smart servo-electric panel bender, characterized by ease of use, ergonomics, flexibility, safety and reliability. Innovative safety devices active through laser scanners, programmable light references for simple pieces positioning, barcode reader and ATC system for automatic setup are some of the intelligent systems that feature the machine. Prima Power will also showcase the Prima Power eP-1030, the most versatile servo-electric press brake of the eP family. Well known for its excellent combination of tonnage and working capability, in Milano the machine is shown in a full-optional configuration that allows you to appreciate all the potential of servo-electric bending. It will therefore be possible to attend demonstrations on the functionality of options such as CNC crowning device, flattening table, hydraulic clampings, angle contol system, and bending follower, which give the machine further versatility and allow to meet every bending need. The software plays a fundamental role in the range of Prima Power products, as it allows the connectivity and the data exchange that are at the base of the digital transformation of the production and efficiently manages all the possible combinations among the different technologies. In the area dedicated to software on the Prima Power stand in Lamiera, visitors can watch demonstrations of the new parametric functions of MasterBend, the new UI for Tulus Performance Reporting, the new cloud-based application Tulus Analytics, which offers customers a variety of analyses derived from machine data, and the Augmented Reality application with Microsoft HoloLens, based on the most advanced mixed reality technology. The completeness and versatility of Prima Power products and software solutions are also made possible by the total control over the technology and the main components of its machinery, developed and produced within the group. In fact, Prima Power offers the advantages of the one-stop-supplier: complete responsibility for the success of the production solution and a single point of contact for maintenance and assistance. A concrete proximity to the customer for the entire life cycle of the product.
