More specifically, a hydrolic metal forming technique has been developed that allows sheet metal to be formed by water pressure to the shape of the rotor blade. “The steel blade also incorporates a reinforcement rib formed as the part of the bending process,” the company spokesperson said, adding that this steel forming technique allows PA International to produce rotor blades of high tolerance, high rigidity and at a low cost.
