Since 1986 LCM has been designing, producing and selling high-technology accessories for OEM and for final users. The actual offer of LCM is characterized by a wide range of products, divided into three families.
The first one includes rotary tables (BRC and BRS series) prepared for 5-axis machines, with a tilting rotary system integrated directly on the bed of the machine. The range is available with plates diam. 200, 300, 400, 600, 800 (rotary plate dimension), until the biggest one, with plate dim. 1200 mm and 2000 kg load capacity.
Another product family is +/- 120° tilting heads (MD series), the corresponding milling electrospindles (ELQ series) and the rotary tables to be integrated or mounted onto the machine bench (TDE/M -TRB series).
The third family includes rotary tables for working centers: 4° and 4°/5° axis, with plate diameter from 125 to 350 mm. LCM latest technology is a special head that can perform milling and turning operations, named MDIHT291, equipped with standard HSK-T63-H or HSK-T100-H tool taper electrospindle.
