directa_plusDirecta Plus, one of the largest producers and suppliers of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, has received ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for the production and commercialisation of pristine graphene nanoplatelets and graphene-based products of different morphologies. ISO 9001 is the standard developed and published by the International Organisation for Standardisation that defines, establishes, and maintains an effective quality assurance system for manufacturing and service industries. ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

Giulio Cesareo, Chief Executive Officer of Directa Plus, stated: “We are pleased to have been awarded this ISO accreditation, which attests to the consistency of graphene-based products – which we believe is one of our key strengths. Combined with the recent certifications that our products are safe for human contact, our customers and the end users can be confident of receiving consistent, high-quality and safe graphene-based products.”
