Spark Line is a range of HMCs created by Mandelli Sistemi Spa for the aerospace and energy sectors which are characterized by materials difficult to machine. The performances of these HMCs offer extremely precise machining operations. A newly designed spindle head, characterized by a pre-charged double pinion solution which makes backlash equal to zero and specifically dedicated to operations requiring high torque values, guarantees high quality surface results during continuous 5 axis operations. An HD optical encoder, two couples of dynamically stabilized extra-precise ceramic bearings and a liquid-based refrigerating system associated with detection probe assure top level thermal stability and maximum accuracy.
