The International Additive Manufacturing Award (IAMA), sponsored by CECIMO, recognizes innovations in the field of additive manufacturing. It encourages entries featuring development projects on all aspects along the additive manufacturing value creation chain, including technological, design-related and application-referenced innovations.
The IAMA, which was initiated by the industry associations The Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT) and the German Machine Tool Builders’ Association (VDW), carries with it a $100,000 prize, guaranteeing the winner $20,000 in cash and a media/marketing package worth $80,000. The winner will be chosen from all entries by an independent jury, consisting of international experts of the trade. The complete application documents can be downloaded from www.additive-award.com.
