To meet the specific requirements needed in plastic injection and composites, Stäubli has created a manual plate equipped with the new HTI couplings design – high temperature, resistant at 300 °C, for temperature control. Its control lever allows for a fast, safe, centralized connection of energies. No seal in the fluid stream, no heavy maintenance and no pause adds up to a real asset in this industrial environment. Applications: heat transfer fluids, temperature control of molds on injection presses in the plastics industry, temperature control in metallurgical (die casting, iron and steel), glass, composites, aluminum and magnesium pressure die casting.
