The OPTIPLEX Ez series enhances fiber laser cutting by combining superior cutting performance with straightforward maintenance. These machines are designed for efficient cutting while providing high mechanical stability, precision, and reliable performance. Intelligent Functions simplify setup and offer preventive support, improving productivity by minimizing setup times.
The OPTIPLEX Ez features user-friendly controls and advanced cutting technology. The Mazak Ez series is equipped with simplified functions and an integrated cutting database, making it an ideal choice for newcomers to the technology, offering a cost-effective and efficient solution.
A standout feature is the innovative Auto-Focus Torch and new fiber resonator, which improve material adaptability during cutting. The Torch’s unique design allows for quick, easy, and cost-effective maintenance, with the protection window and lens being easily replaceable on-site without the need for specialized equipment. A protective cover ensures no risk of contamination during the replacement process.
The OPTIPLEX Ez series utilizes a fiber laser source, which results in low power consumption, reduced maintenance needs, and no requirement for laser gas. With power options of 3 kW, 4 kW, and 6 kW, these machines are versatile for various cutting applications and can seamlessly integrate into automated systems for increased operational efficiency.
Compact Design and Advanced Control
The large front and side sliding doors are designed to maximize floor space, facilitating easy material loading and unloading. The tilting and rotating CNC control panel offers operators the flexibility to work from the front or side of the machine. The robust cast iron construction ensures stability and precision, reducing the risk of deformation.
Featuring the new MAZATROL SmoothLx CNC control with a 21.5-inch display and an intuitive Human Machine Interface, the Mazak OPTIPLEX Ez series delivers straightforward operational functions, making it accessible even to less experienced operators.
OPTIPLEX 4220 Ez: Expanding Capabilities
The OPTIPLEX 4220 Ez, with its generous 2050×4120 mm working area, is designed to meet the demands of users handling materials longer than 4 meters. This model offers greater flexibility for a wide variety of applications, enhancing the overall versatility of the series.
